Sonic Mystic Machine

The game Sonic Mystic Machine is my first game. It is a complete game and is not in Parts anymore. This game was inspired while I was thinking about how Sonic games were made and if I would ever be able to make one. I was only three and this dream never worked until now. I found a link to Game Maker, and I tried to create a Sonic game without an engine. It didn't work so I tossed Game Maker and tried to make an RPG. It didn't turn out so well so I went back to Game Maker. I found a topic about the Sonic Z Engine and I downloaded it. I finally started making my first game about the first character that I loved. Now I use my own engine for the complete version I am currently creating. The story is about Sonic. He is running through the hills and he sees the Death Egg. He knows he must destroy it this time, and sets out to find the chaos emeralds. This game started out without rings, but as I got better I added them. I also added better bosses and I added a HUD, better enemies, an intro to each level, and cutscenes. The game is being transformed from Parts to a complete game, but you can still play the Parts if you like. Sonic Mystic Machine has been #2 in the entire Yoyogames site multiple times, and also #1. It hasn't won any staff picks yet.
